Privacy Policy
1. General Terms
This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed in the Candy Crush - Juicy Android app, for what purposes, and by which means. By using the app, the user agrees to this Policy.
2. What Data We Process
- Local gameplay data on the device: level progress, star counts, in-game resources (coins, boosters), life timer state, and gameplay settings.
- A technical user identifier: a randomly generated UUID stored locally and passed to analytics/crash services.
- Analytics events (for example: app open/close, screen opens, button interactions, ad starts, level completion, and notification interactions).
- Crash and error diagnostics, including technical device parameters and stack traces.
- Data required for ad delivery via Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (as defined by the SDK and OS/device settings).
- Notification permission status and whether the app was opened from a local notification.
3. Why We Use Data
- To provide core gameplay mechanics and progress storage.
- To show rewarded/interstitial ads and manage ad scenarios.
- To analyze usage and improve UX, balancing, and retention.
- To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
- To schedule local return reminders.
4. Local Notifications
The app uses local (device-side) notifications scheduled through Android system components.
On Android 13+, the app requests POST_NOTIFICATIONS runtime permission.
If permission is not granted, notifications are not shown.
Tapping a notification opens the app. In the current implementation reminders are generated on-device and do not require FCM/push infrastructure.
5. Third-Party Services
The app integrates the following SDKs/services:
- Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (advertising): Privacy policy
- Amplitude (analytics): Privacy Notice
- Firebase Crashlytics (crash diagnostics): Firebase Privacy and Security
- Google Privacy Policy: Google Privacy Policy
These providers may process technical data under their own terms and privacy rules.
6. Storage and Deletion
- Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on the user's device.
- The user can remove local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in Android settings.
- Data sent to third-party services is managed under those services' policies.
7. Data Sharing
Data transfer is limited to what is required for integrated SDKs (ads, analytics, crash diagnostics). The app does not provide in-app account registration and does not directly collect contact data through UI forms.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect data. However, no network-based transfer or third-party infrastructure can be guaranteed as absolutely secure.
9. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page with the latest update date.
